Thank you for placing your order with us at donkeyrides.co.uk. If you have paid by Credit or Debit Card or Direct Transfer through PayPal then we will aim to process and dispatch your order within the first 24 hours of receiving it.

Prices vary according to the items size, weight and shape of your goods.

Prices Range From:

£1.50 postage + packaging for a small item (e.g. JD key ring)
£5.99 postage + packaging for a larger or fragile item (e.g. Betty Boop Figure)
£150.00 postage + packaging for large items (e.g. Quad Bike or pallet)

These prices apply to the UK mainland only. For prices on overseas orders please contact us before you place your order at sales@donkeyrides.co.uk with details of the items you would like and we will contact you via e-mail with regards to the cost of shipping to your area. Please note our world shipping costs vary according to area of delivery size and weight of package and distance.

Delivery Times:

Our trained staff process your order and we will endeavour to have your goods with you within the next 5-10 working days. Please take into consideration the busier times of the year e.g. Christmas, Valentines, Easter, and if possible order well in advance during these times as orders may take longer to process. This will ensure your goods will be with you at the required time. Please make sure someone will be in to receive your order when it is delivered.

Non Credit Card Payments:

If you would like to pay by bankers check please contact us before you place your order. E-mail sales@donkeyrides.co.uk or call 01253 344478. Please allow 7-10 days for your payment to clear before your order is processed and the goods dispatched.

If you are paying by E-check with PayPal please allow 7-10 days for your payment to clear before your order is processed and the goods dispatched.

Unfortunately we are unable to process orders and send out goods until payments are cleared with our bank, then you will need to allow 5-10 working days for your goods to arrive.
